Roger Miller, our CEO, has worked as a General Contractor, Expert Witness, Consultant, and Third-Party Inspector. He has worked in the Southern California area, nationally and internationally with clients such as Amgen, University of California Bakersfield, Disney, Dryvit, Sto, the Irvine Company and the Rancho Mission Viejo Company.
Ryan Marshall, VP Sales
Ryan Marshall, our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has always had an entrepreneurial spirit beginning at age 18 when he founded an internationally recognized business in the world of skateboarding. He then turned his interest to building a successful real estate brokerage. His creative approach and expertise have provided him with a unique perspective and vision which he brings to the team.
Todd Duncan, Architect

Todd Duncan, our Architect was born and raised in California. An alum of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo he has worked in construction and design for over 15 years ranging in restaurants, retail, hospitality, and residential. His various clients include Macy’s, Target, Marriot Hotels, Starbucks, Cambria Hotels, Lululemon, NYX, Paris Baguette, Bosscat Kitchen, Ten Sushi, private mixed-use developments, townhome developments, and custom luxury homes.
Ryan and Roger began working together in the inspection process of home sales. With their combined knowledge, integrity, and expertise, they found a natural alliance in helping HOAs navigate the complexity of compliance. The goal is to collaborate with clients to achieve successful results for all parties.
